Booking and Service Policy


Check in to cabins 4:00 p.m.               **Checkout: 11:00 a.m.**

 

Fly Fishing Only: single barbless hook, artificial fly. Flies available at the Lodge. Catch and release only, no retention. We privately stock and manage the lake and provide potential for an outstanding fly-fishing experience with quality fish.  

 

Campfires: You are welcome to enjoy a campfire. However, no outdoor campfires or briquette BBQ’s are permitted during a fire ban. Please check with staff if you have a propane fire pit before using.  Split, dry firewood is available at the Lodge for $7.00/bundle 

 

Food Service:    ** Food and Beverage service will not be available in 2021 because of COVID 19.  Thanks for your understanding. 

 

Boats, Motors, Batteries: We have a limited number of batteries, so please return your battery to the boat house each day and staff will recharge it. Motors have letters or numbers on them and are assigned and the motor assigned and the boat you choose are yours for the duration of your stay. Please do not take another boat and motor and please return the motor to the Lodge at the end of your stay. Electric motors only.

 

Kayaks and Canoe: Please arrange to rent at reception, $10/hour or $25/day

 

Pets: We are pet friendly. There is a one-time $20 pet fee for each pet.

 

No Smoking of cigarettes or cannabis in the cabins, please. Please respect your neighbours and smoke away from them. No smoking in or around the main Lodge. Please always use the fireproof butt containers.

 

Internet access: There is good cell phone reception at the resort that can be used for hot-spotting, however there is no site-wide WiFi at this time.

 

Cancellation Policy:  We take a credit card as security for the booking and process charges on arrival. If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, there is no cancellation penalty and only a $50 administrative fee will be charged. The $50 admin’ fee applies to all cancellations regardless of the circumstances. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, regardless of when it was booked, you are responsible for all accommodations costs for all dates and cabins of the booking. We’ll do our best to rebook your unit(s) for all or some of the days reserved and will charge your credit card on file for any days not rebooked and notice will be sent with a receipt and record of charges.

 

Your reservation is a firm commitment between you and Corbett Lake Lodge once it is confirmed in writing by us and subject to the cancellation policy. There are no refunds if you decide to leave early.

COVID 19: Guests are always required to practice social distancing with other guests and staff. Please take all precautions against exposure to Covid19 before coming to Corbett Lake. Corbett Lake will take all required precautions in the cleaning and sanitizing of the cabins before you arrive. You understand that you are travelling to and staying at Corbett Lake Lodge AT YOUR OWN RISK and you are responsible for your own safety and health while on site and release Corbett Lake Lodge Ltd. from any liability. Please help us to provide a safe environment for you and others to enjoy.
