Booking and Service Policy

Check in to cabins 4:00 p.m. (access to the lake from mid-day)              **Checkout: 11:00 a.m.**

Fly Fishing Only: Catch and release, single barbless hook, artificial fly only. Flies available at the Lodge. Please use best practices when releasing fish; we privately stock and manage the lake and want to maintain the potential for an outstanding fly-fishing experience with quality fish for all.

Boats, Motors, Batteries: Electric motors only (no gas motor permitted on personal boats) Motors can be rented from the main Lodge and they must be returned to the Lodge at end of your stay. Batteries are located in the boat house. The motors have a number on them. The motor you are assigned, and the boat you choose (no number) are yours for the duration of the stay. **Please make note of your motor number. If you have issues with your motor, please don’t take another angler’s boat and motor from the dock, let us know and we’ll assist. **Please return your battery to the boat house at the end of the day to be recharged**.

Campfires: You are welcome to enjoy a campfire, except during a fire ban, and at management discretion depending on conditions. Split, dry firewood is available at the Lodge for $10.00/bundle.

Food Service: Food service will depend on staffing and will be determined closer to the season opening.. Thank you for your understanding.

Linen Service: Bedding including sheets, pillowcases and towels will be provided. Guests to bring their own towels for swimming.

Kayaks and Canoe: Please arrange to rent and pick paddles at reception: $10/hour or $25/day Pets: We are pet friendly! There is a one-time $25 pet fee for each pet.

No Smoking of cigarettes or cannabis in the cabins, please. Please respect your neighbours and smoke away from them. No smoking in or around the main Lodge. Please always use the fireproof butt containers 

Cancellation Policy:  There is a $50 admin on all cancellations regardless of the circumstances. If the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, only the $50 administrative fee will be charged. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, guests are responsible for all accommodations costs for all dates and cabins of the booking, unless we can re-book the units for all or some of the days reserved. We will charge your credit card on file for any days not rebooked. A notice will be sent with a receipt and record of charges. There are no refunds if you decide to leave early. 

Your reservation is a firm commitment between you and Corbett Lake Lodge once it is confirmed in writing by us and subject to this cancellation policy.

Corbett Lake Lodge takes all required precautions for the health and safety of our guests, including the cleaning and sanitizing of the cabins before you arrive. You understand that you are travelling to and staying at Corbett Lake Lodge AT YOUR OWN RISK and you are responsible for your own safety and health while on site and release Corbett Lake Lodge Ltd. from any liability.
